Right now I'm trying to understand what running a Shopify store is actually like day-to-day — where the friction is, what eats your time, and where software falls short. I'm doing that the slow way: talking to store owners one at a time.
If you run a Shopify store, I'd love 15 minutes of your time. I'm not selling anything — no product, no course, no agency, no Substack. I'm not going to pitch you on a longer call after. I just want to hear how things really work on your side.
In return, once I've done enough of these, I'll share back the aggregated findings from all the conversations. And at the end of the call, if you have any technical question about your store — code, apps, integrations, something that's been bugging you — I'm happy to answer it. I'm a developer, that part is on me.

- Open questions about your store: what takes time, what's annoying, where software falls short
- No pitch, no follow-up sales sequence, no signup for anything
- Last few minutes: ask me anything technical about your store
- If it's not useful by minute 5, we hang up early — no offense taken
